Donald Trump Inaugural Balls: A Night of Celebration and Celebrity Attendance
January 20, 2025, was the day when President Donald Trump became the 47th President of the United States for his second term. The evening ended with a series of fabulous inaugural balls in Washington, D.C., as prominent figures, celebrities, and supporters attended the ceremony.
President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump made history at the Liberty Ball and the Commander-in-Chief Ball by making traditional first dance moments in their appearances that thrilled attendees. At the Commander-in-Chief Ball, President Trump surprisingly cut a cake modeled after the new design of Air Force One, made in the shape of the aircraft and using a saber, while the First Lady shared a laugh during the ceremonial moment. High-level attendees included Vice President J.D. Vance, with his wife, Usha Vance; and among others, the nominee for U.S. Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth.
The balls were elegant, patriotic, and entertaining. The guests mingled, took pictures, and celebrated the atmosphere of the event. From the dramatic entrance of the First Family to the lively music and camaraderie of attendees, the night was a celebration of the inauguration of President Trump’s second term with grandeur and style.
