The long-awaited Hulu drama series Paradise is finally here with Sterling K. Brown returning to the small screen, this time playing a secret service agent in an intense political thriller.
Created by Dan Fogelman, Paradise has been ordered to eight episodes and will debut in late January. Brown and Fogelman reunite for this project nearly three years after their collaboration on the hit NBC series *This Is Us*.
In Paradise, Brown depicts the story of Xavier Collins, a secret service agent caught in the storm of intense pressure when a sensational murder rocks an affluent and powerful community. Deployed to the president’s detail, Collins ends up in danger situations that would put his career and the lives of his loved ones at risk. The series further explores his complex relationship with President Cal Bradford (played by James Marsden), who meets an untimely and grim end in the initial part of the storyline.
– Sterling K. Brown as agent Xavier Collins
